Terms
These terms apply to orders placed through this private personalized-video pilot.
Adults only
You must be an adult to place an order.
Your upload
You may upload only an image you are authorized to use. Do not upload material that you do not have permission to use or that violates another person’s rights.
What you are buying
You are buying the selected personalized result shown at checkout. Generation is performed using third-party infrastructure and can sometimes fail or require manual review. A technical failure does not authorize additional paid generation without the applicable safeguards.
Private order access
Your order and result are provided through a private order link. Keep that link private because anyone with the link may be able to view order status or retrieve the completed result.
Payment and Refund review
Payment is processed through the checkout provider shown during purchase. Refund availability depends on the order status and circumstances. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to evade safety controls, impersonate another person for fraud or harassment, violate law, or submit material you are not authorized to use.
Pilot changes
This is a limited pilot. The service may pause new orders when capacity or safety gates require it. The terms version recorded with an order is the version accepted for that order.
