This page describes how information is used for a private order in the pilot.
Information used for your order
We use the email address you provide to identify the order for notifications and delivery. We use your uploaded image to create the requested personalized result.
Private storage and access
The uploaded image and generated result are stored for the order in private storage rather than a public gallery. Order status and result access use an unguessable private order link; keep that link private.
Service providers
The service uses infrastructure providers for hosting, database/queue processing, private object storage, payment processing, email delivery, and personalized-video generation. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role in operating the service.
Payment information
Card details are collected by the payment provider’s hosted checkout. This application records payment identifiers and payment status needed to reconcile the order and any approved refund; it does not need to store your full card number.
Operational records
We retain order, authorization, payment, generation, storage-verification, feedback, and audit records needed to operate the pilot, troubleshoot failures, prevent duplicate paid actions, and measure whether the service is working.
Safety and abuse prevention
Requests may be rate-limited and operational events may be recorded to protect the service and enforce capacity and safety controls.
